Over 40 wellbeing events have been confirmed for an upcoming week-long festival to improve the wellbeing of people across the city of Leeds.

The final programme has been confirmed for Monday 1st June to Saturday 7th June, and attendees can expect workshops on mental health, neurodiversity, stress and burnout, as well as activities including deep house yoga, meditation, sound baths, and community-led discussions.

Leeds Wellbeing Week 2026 is run by HelloHope and supported by headline sponsor EGYM Hussle.

A business focused day features on 2nd June at Department, Leeds Dock, commencing the day with singing for wellbeing, before HelloHope’s founder and CEO delivers a talk ‘Hope in action: mental health and suicide prevention’ followed by a session on burnout by Rich Morley and Gary King before EGYM Hussle runs an afternoon panel session on ‘what great employers are doing differently’.

Further partners and sponsors include Leeds City Council (Active Leeds) which is offering everyone a free swim or gym at one of its 16 leisure facilities across the city. Step Into Sophrology is running an event to help people improve their mind-body connection on Thursday 4th June, Hypnotherapy Lounge Leeds is covering stress management and wellbeing on Wednesday 3rd June and Sage Ayurvedic, a meditation and massage company and sponsors of the weekend, is running a retreat on Saturday 6 and closing the week with a wellbeing festival on Sunday 7 June.

Venue partners include Nexus, Royal Armouries, Department, The Attic, Malmaison, The Mansion, humanSpaces, Clockwise and Village Hotels.

Ellie MacDonald, Founder and CEO of HelloHope, said:

“Leeds Wellbeing Week is swiftly approaching and is already creating a real buzz across the city!

“It’s going to be a fantastic week where there is genuinely something for everyone to try/learn and enjoy. Wellbeing is something we need to prioritise so we can reduce people reaching crisis point so we’re encouraging people to bring their colleagues, friends, family neighbours and try various events and see what works best for them.”

Leeds Wellbeing Week 2026 will shine a spotlight on the city’s wellbeing offer, celebrating local expertise, creativity and community spirit while helping make support more visible and accessible to all.

Individuals and businesses are encouraged to book onto events across the week.
