The importance creating of brand awareness

    By Ellie MacDonald | Latest news | Comments are Closed | 1 July, 2016 | 0

Having recently celebrated National Pink Day, a national awareness day that our notoriously pink branded company simply had to get behind, we were inspired to write a blog about the importance of a strong brand…

PR is dedicated to building relationships with companies, key media and prospects through strong and effective communication. In-keeping with reputation management, an essential part of PR is developing, maintaining and managing a strong brand.

Creating a unique and strong brand is crucial to your business. Branding not only makes your company stand out from your competitors, creating brand awareness will ensure that your firm sticks in the mind of your prospective customer for when the time is right for them to purchase your product and/or service.

It is also important to note that a brand is so much more than just a logo. Your brand is your values – what you stand for, how you communicate, verbally and orally, and the whole brand experience your customers enjoy (or don’t enjoy) when immersed in your business.

At MacComms our founder, Ellie, was keen to cement strong brand values from the off. With passion, collaboration, professionalism and friendliness at the forefront of everything we do, Ellie is able to recruit staff and even clients on matching brand values to ensure a fruitful partnership and positive future for the firm.

And, did you know that colour increases brand recognition by up to 80%? This is why we visually communicate our brand with our striking pink colour, Gill sans font and tone of voice in line with our brand values which creates impact.

It’s not an accident that you’ll generally see Ellie wearing an item of pink and living and breathing the MacComms brand!

    Ellie says:

“Brand consistency is key. People buy people and so it is important to become your brand. Live by your brand values and ensure everything you do, say and look is on brand and you’ll quickly become a recognisable company.”
