The Kennel Club partners with online vet Joii to help pets

The UK’s largest organisation dedicated to the welfare of dogs, The Kennel Club, has announced a partnership with online vet, Joii, to ensure pet owners get access to veterinary care from home when they need it.

Joii, who have vets and nurses across the country, has partnered with The Kennel Club to offer members their first video consultation with a vet, for free. Pet owners who sign up to the Joii app will be able to enter a code after registering their details, which then waives the usual cost of £20 for vet video consultation.

Paul Hallett, co-founder of Joii, comments:

“We’re excited to be working with The Kennel Club on this project as they are such a respected organisation. We have over 50 RCVS registered vets and nurses working 24/7 to help support pet owners and their pets and we’re proud to put pets and owners first, during a time like this.”

The first app from multi-award-winning R&D company, Vet-AI, Joii features a free and industry-leading symptom checker, free video calls with vet nurses, video consultations with vets, a range of health clinics with veterinary specialists and behaviourists and 48 hour delivery on treatment and medication. The service is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Barry Brackner, Commercial Consultant for The Kennel Club, adds:

“It is important for us to help to give pet owners access to a vet during current times, and we are really happy to be working with Joii, who are so respected in providing a good and comprehensive telehealth platform in the UK.”

Joii is the first app from multi-award-winning R&D company Vet-AI and has a 4.9 rating on Trust Pilot. Founded by entrepreneur Paul Hallett and renowned veterinarians Robert Dawson and Sarah Warren, Joii has also partnered with Animal Friends Pet Insurance who provide Joii vet consultations, free and unlimited, to their dog and cat customers all year round.
