Yorkshire firms partner to triple growth

    By Ellie MacDonald | Latest news | Comments are Closed | 25 September, 2018 | 0

Our amazingly cool clients, Tall, have partnered with trend setting neon light manufactures NeonPlus® to create a digital platform that would truly make its products shine.

Tall did just that, and managed to double conversion rates and triple enquiries! Have a read of the press release below to find out more.

    –

Two Yorkshire-based businesses have worked together to launch a successful digital platform.

Leeds-based creative agency, Tall, has designed and built the website which has seen conversion rates double and enquiries increase by 30%.

Following the launch of the website for NeonPlus® enquiries have increased by a third, the best the business has ever seen.

Established in 2011, Tall is a digital agency specialising in creating stunning digital experiences, working with clients including England Rugby, Yorkshire Building Society and Sky Bet.

Earlier this year, Morley-based sign manufacturer, The Sign Group, expanded its NeonPlus® business enlisting the design skills of creative agency Tall to create a website that provided a high tech, digital experience for its customers.

Made in Britain, the NeonPlus® range is a safe, long-lasting LED neon light product with 80% lower running costs than traditional neon.

The company, founded in 2008 by Greame Hoole and Anthony Lowe, has since received an increase in page views by an impressive 2,300%.

The Sign Group managing director, Graeme Hoole, explains:

“The main objective for the site was to make it easier for customers to understand what the product was, and the options available to them. We can now use it as a direct selling tool, navigating customers directly to the site and talking with them whilst they browse.

“The customers seem more educated about the product because they’ve checked the site out first.”

Incorporating 3D video animation of each product, Tall, headed up by Guy Utley and Behrooz Saeed, used its specialised skills in 3D modelling, user interface design and animation to create a website that visitors would be mesmerised by. Customers can view each product, individually adjusting luminosity, colour and size, leaving no detail untouched.

    Graeme continues:

“The success of the website has been phenomenal. Tall have put us on the map for neon products and we’re thrilled with the results.

“Aside from the obvious help with the website, the workshop sessions we had with Tall really helped to clarify points about our audience and the product itself that we’d overlooked in the past.

“We came away from the meetings energized and focused. This was really refreshing as it’s not something we’d experienced with previous agencies.”

Creative director at Tall, Guy Utley, commented:

“We’re delighted at the success of the NeonPlus® project and to have created a platform for the products to truly shine. We loved designing it from initial concepts through to 3D modelling and animation.

“We find solutions for our clients, creating them a digital experience we are confident will benefit the business both now and in the future.”

With more than 40 years combined industry experience and a team of four behind them, Guy and Behrooz are innovators in the creative industry, striving to create multi-faceted digital experiences for its clients, turning visitors into loyal, returning customers.
