We’ve appointed our fifth team member!

    By Ellie MacDonald | Latest news | Comments are Closed | 8 August, 2017 | 0

We’re pleased to announce that we have appointed an account executive to support our company’s fast expansion since inception in April 2015.

We have appointed Emily Docherty to support our growing client base. The appointment comes after we secured two new contract wins, including vehicle-hire company, Arrow Self-Drive and global male fashion brand, Vanacci.

Emily joins the team after graduating with a first in advertising and marketing communications at The University of Huddersfield. She also received the white rose award for outstanding performance from the course leader, alongside being named on the ‘Dean’s list’ for excellence.

Emily will be responsible for supporting the management team in handling a number of key accounts, whilst also providing overall support to business growth and development.

Formed in April 2015, we’re founded and run by leading West Yorkshire businesswoman Ellie MacDonald who has almost one decades’ PR and marketing experience.

Just two years since forming, we have helped more than 60 firms to raise their profile and supported a number fellow start-up and scale-up businesses, based both locally and nationally.

Founder and managing director, Ellie MacDonald, comments:

“From the moment I interviewed Emily I knew she would be the perfect addition to my growing team. She represents the values I am proud to have built MacComms upon and Emily has made a great start. I’m sure she has a long and bright future ahead of her with us.”

    Emily Docherty, account executive, adds:

“I’m incredibly excited to join such a passionate and hardworking team. I’m looking forward to being part of the business’s growth plans and being able to support their expanding client base.”
