    Partnership proves Food for Thought

    By Ellie MacDonald | Latest news | Comments are Closed | 30 March, 2016 | 0

We are delighted to announce an exciting partnership with the owner of Food4Thought and Tendo, Gary King.

Tendo work with SMEs across Yorkshire to help them develop their develop growth strategy and to provide business mentoring, whilst Food4Thought is a peer-to-peer mentoring event with evening meal.

The partnership will see MacComms manage the PR for each of Gary’s businesses, with Ellie attending the Food4Thought monthly event, benefitting from networking and support over a luxury three-course meal.

Having met when Ellie worked as marketing manager for the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce, Gary has supported Ellie’s business within its first year and the pair has formed the collaboration to aid further growth to each firm.

Food4Thought sees business leaders discuss their growth challenges with a peer group of like-minded business leaders, whilst enjoying great food and building collaborative relationships. Events are held monthly in Leeds and Sheffield and Gary has plans to extend the popular event to other Yorkshire towns including Huddersfield and Hull too.

    Ellie MacDonald commented:

“Gary is very well-connected and has been a fantastic support in connecting me to business leaders to work with in my first year of business. I am, therefore, delighted to give something back in helping raise the profile of his successful businesses further.”
